Previous Management experience required. Excellent Customer Service Skills and the ability to "Lead" a small team of employees are a MUST. Some equipment maintenance and repairs required. Must be able to operate a PC, work on Excel Spreadsheets and send/receive emails with attachments. Personal hygiene and maintaining a high level professional facility image are very important. Annual Salary/Bonus 43k to 50k, Benefits. Must be able to work weekends.
Super Star Car Wash is one of the Premier car wash operations in Phoenix, Arizona and has been in operation for over 20 years. It currently operates 6 Full Service Car Wash facilities which include Detail, Quick Lube, Convenience Store and 24 hr Gasoline Centers. It also operates 12 Express Exterior Car Washes. We are currently in the San Diego market with three locations in National City, El Cajon and Vista. A new location in Escondido will open in less than two months.
